Women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels! We have women ranging from 18 to 67 years of age. Our sessions are an average of 40 minute intense training sessions focused on getting you maximum results. The Women’s ONLY Miami Boot Camp caters to ALL women whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, shed many pounds, gain cardio, get tone, improve energy levels, improve health, or just have fun I can help you and you can count on me being there to help you every step of the way. The camaraderie, friendships and FUN the ladies have, whilst getting fit and getting results is life-changing Our sessions run conveniently at three times per day every Monday to Friday: 5.30am, 9.00am and 5.30pm and our Saturday Session is at 6. These training sessions are designed to help you start your fitness journey and personal transformation, change your eating habits, get your body moving, and feel excited about each workout. All of our training sessions are designed by our certified personal trainers who specialize in enhancing the female figure using a combination of low-impact strength training and intense cardio*. Fitness Girl Bootcamp offers all women bootcamp training with all women personal trainers.
